Mm, yeah, I’m a fan of bamboo. It’s got some nice features and it handles content well. But man, if you’re putting your work into this thing- double check that the developers are still around! Are they still around?” And you know how many times someone has said: “oh yeah man, those guys were doing something else for awhile.” The last time I checked in on one of my favorite programs from yesteryear and saw its Facebook page filled with nothing more than complaints from angry customers left without any kind of support whatsoever.

This is really a shame because the company that made it was doing so well and then boom, they’re gone! I remember one time someone told me about how their alt-tabbing crashed and now there’s no way to get into any other program or anything at all when you happen to need to switch tasks. It just seems like too many companies are going under these days with no regard for those who have downloaded their software in good faith only to be left high and dry without any kind of customer service.
