I was recently reading an inspiring article about the almond book by Rachel McAdams. I was so inspired by the thought and the way the writer expressed it. It is about a woman and her experience of growing into her own woman. The article makes me think of all the women that have been so brave, so determined, and so inspired to become women. The first level of self-awareness is to start looking at my own actions.

One of my favorite things about Rachel McAdams is that she’s so clear and honest about the importance of self-awareness.
