I am so pleased to introduce her new book – “Amy Clipston”. In her new book Amy’s Simple Rules to Live by and The Life You Want, Amy Clipston breaks down a few of the biggest “rules” to living by, and shares her beliefs about the way you should be living your life.
Amy Clipston is a writer and a mother. She is also a self-proclaimed “foodie” who loves to go for a run with her husband of two years. She’s a lover of all things food and loves to eat. She’s also an author and is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post.

Amy was the featured guest of our webinar on Monday, and she was great and we really enjoyed her perspective. She shared that she has been eating the same foods for 10 years, but not being able to tell the difference is frustrating. She also mentioned that she’s had to turn to other foods for comfort, like cheese and yogurt. Not only that, Amy said that she even tried “cheese substitutes” where she would leave cheese out of the meal.
Amy’s description of her diet was like the very thing we were discussing in our webinar. She is a vegetarian but not a vegan, but she still thinks she eats the same foods as she did for so many years. I don’t know if her diet is due to her health issues, but it’s hard to believe that it’s just something that she has no control over.
Amys diet is probably due to her health issues, though it seems a little ridiculous to think that she would have been able to eat the same foods that she did for so long. She is not a perfect example of the vegan lifestyle. Though her diet is pretty vegan, she still eats meat, eggs, cheese, and dairy products. That is not to say that she is eating only those things.
I have come across amy clipston before. She is a pretty cool lady. She also happens to be a lot like herself. And it seems like she is a lot like us in some ways. In a roundabout way, she is not a vegan, but she is also not a strict vegan either. She doesn’t eat anything that she knows to be harmful to herself and others. She doesn’t eat anything that she knows is contaminated with anything dangerous.
I can tell you from experience that amy clipston is a true veg. She goes vegan because she loves animals. She is also very aware of the cruelty that goes on in the poultry industry. She doesnt eat anything that she knows to be contaminated with anything dangerous. She doesnt eat anything that she knows to be contaminated with anything harmful. She doesnt eat anything that she knows to be contaminated with anything harmful.
Also, she would want to be able to eat a bit of everything.
