That’s why it’s important to recognize this as a normal part of the human experience and not to assume that everyone who is experiencing anxiety is having a bad experience.
The human brain is designed to be more complex than this, and therefore, our brains are designed to be more adaptable. As far as I can tell, the human brain is also capable of very complex emotions, like anger, fear, and sadness. These are not simply our usual responses to anxiety. They are not just an inner feeling, but rather, a normal response to our environment.
