This week, I will talk about the benefits of learning to be more self-aware and self-aware of memory improvement.
As you probably know, memory is a very strange thing. Sure, you can remember things like how many days you spent on your couch reading or how many times you took a nap. But if you don’t remember what happened, then you must have some sort of amnesia, like from a stroke or something. This is a big issue for us because our brains can’t differentiate between a memory and a thought.
There are some people with amnesia who cannot remember the precise moment of an event. This is why being unconscious is often a sign of a brain injury. But for most people, the effects on memory are not as bad as people would think. In general, memory can improve with time and practice. In other words, with practice, you could potentially memorize the exact way people behave.
A few years ago we had a student who had an extremely high IQ and was very smart. He was also totally fine for years and years after the stroke in which he lost a significant portion of his memory. It was as if his brain had a memory recall built in. He was also able to remember things that had happened 10 years ago, even though he had lost the ability to talk.
I’ve known this student’s story for years, but that doesn’t mean his memory is as good as it could be. The reason he was able to do this was because his brain hadn’t been exposed to anything that would interfere with his memory. One of the reasons I knew him so well was because of his brother, also a very intelligent person.
To me, it means that we have more of our mental processes stored in our brain than we realize. This is especially true when we’re talking about our ability to remember things that happened a long time ago. This is a mental function that is also referred to as our “mind numbing”. I have to admit, I’ve been known to lose track of things that have happened 10 years ago.
In my opinion, you shouldn’t spend too much time thinking about things that happened 10 years ago. I think you should try more about things that happened yesterday, and remember that things that happened the day before were just as important as the things that happened today. In other words, you should remember things that happened yesterday, but not things that happened yesterday. This makes your memory much more active than it was before, and because of this, it makes you stronger.
This is exactly why books on memory improvement are incredibly useful. Many of us spend so much time trying to remember to do things that we lose the ability to do so. I think the best thing we can do is to find a book that focuses on things that happened yesterday and read it, then figure out the steps that worked for us. For example, you can read a book that focuses on how to remember to do tasks you forgot yesterday that you now have to do today.
