Day 4: At this point, you can choose to increase the dosage to 30 milligrams or 50 milligrams in case you have not reached your desired effect yet.
Day 5: You may reduce the dosage back to 25 milligrams if yesterday’s intake was too strong. Otherwise, you may stay in the range of 35 to 50 milligrams for the following few days.
You can continue to increase or decrease your dosage of CBD until you find your most desired dosage and its effects. Many adults report that their sweet spot falls in the range of 25 milligrams to 75 milligrams of CBD-only isolate.
Day 1: 5mg
Day 2: 5 mg
Day 3: 10 mg (if you are seeking a stronger effect)
Day 4: 10 mg
Day 5: 15 mg (if you still have not yet reached your desired effect)
Day 6: 15 mg
Day 7: 20 mg (if you still have not yet reached your desired effect)
Day 8: 20 mg
Day 9: 25mg (if you desire a stronger dosage)
Continue increasing the dosage daily if you want a stronger dosage than the previous days. If you notice any unwanted effects such as dizziness, then reduce your intake.
You should now be able to gauge the right dose of CBD for you. The process begins with you figuring out the amount of CBD present in the vape juice and then how much you are absorbing.
The next step is experimenting with different amounts of CBD to see what works best for your body. There is plenty that goes into determining the right dose of CBD for you, but it is always wise to start as low as possible before gradually moving your way up.
