I personally believe that we all have three levels of self-awareness. We’ve all been told that the highest level of our self-awareness is one we never have to worry about. But we know better. The first level of self-awareness is the one that we never have to worry about. The second level is the one we need to worry about. The third level is the one we should worry about.

This one is a little more complex, but it’s all about awareness. As a result, the more you think about something, the more you are aware of it.
