This book is based on a well-known idea, the idea that the food we eat is the most important thing. Well, with this book, we’re going to learn very specific things that will help us live more healthily. It’s not going to cover everything you need to know, but it will definitely give you some tools to help you.
We all have our plate of food covered. So its not like we have to learn how to eat healthy or to make healthy food choices, but it is important to know how to eat. The more you know the more you can control how you eat. For instance, you might feel like you don’t have to cook your meals or you can eat out of a bag.
The thing about eating is that it is a constant process. So if you take a break and think about it more, you can eat a different meal. For instance, I would not eat out of a bag. I would always eat out of the same bag every single day. Now, this is the reason I am a vegetarian. It is just simply not possible to eat out of a bag all the time. I would never do it, for example.
Actually, the only thing that I would never do is take a break and think about it. I am a vegan, and I am so very proud of that. So, yeah, it’s not that easy. But I do think about it. I think about what I am going to put in my body. I think about what I am going to put out. I think about what I am going to put in my mouth.

Yeah, it’s a vegan book and the whole reason I’m writing it is because I’m vegan. Not for the same reason I’d prefer to be a vegetarian. I don’t have to be a vegan to be honest. I just happen to like the taste of meat, it’s not the most important thing to me. I just happen to like the taste of meat. I’m not sure why that has to be the case.
I know you like the taste of meat, because you like meat. It’s not the important reason to you. You know why it’s important to you. You’re making your feelings about meat clear, and thats good. It makes it easier for you to articulate why you’re feeling the way you are. When you can talk straight you’ll be able to help others who are struggling with the same feelings. It’s like you’re talking to a person who just hit a wall.
