if and when

It’s always a good idea to have a plan. Sometimes it may seem like an unnecessary hassle, but when you’re actually in the moment and don’t know what to do, having something pre-made can make all the difference.

We’ve compiled some of our favorite tips for whenever and if ever you need them!

When you’re feeling anxious about a situation, it can be helpful to have some scripts ready. For example: “I am here now and I’m okay.”

f someone asks for feedback on their latest project or idea, don’t hesitate to share your opinion frankly! Constructive criticism is always welcome; everyone deserves a second chance.

If you ever just need some space from the world (or are too shy to say no), setting boundaries ahead of time will make things easier when they inevitably come up later. This includes choosing not to attend an event if one isn’t keen on crowds or asking for more frequent breaks at work in order to recharge during tough projects. Even though we hope these never happen, it’s always better to be prepared.

It can also help to do an “emotional check in.” This is where you take a few minutes and think about what are the most pressing thoughts on your mind, as well as how they make you feel.

Whenever I’m feeling anxious or overwhelmed by my work, it helps me to keep scripts handy that will provide reassurance when needed – for example: “I am here now and I’m okay” or “No one should have all of this pressure on them”. Sometimes people need more than just words though; if someone asks for feedback on their latest project or idea, don’t hesitate to share your opinion frankly! It’s important to talk about how you’re feeling when things are going well, too. For example: “I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made on my project and it makes me feel like anything is possible!” It’s a great way to stay motivated!

If you find yourself getting stuck in a loop of negative thoughts that won’t stop cycling, step back from what needs to be done for now – take some time for self care and do something calming (e.g., meditation or yoga) before reengaging with your work when you’re ready. You deserve this break just as much as anyone else does; don’t let stress get in the way of enjoying life..even if only for five minutes.

Sometimes it’s best to take a break when life feels too hectic or overwhelming. These breakdowns don’t happen often, but I’m glad they do because they remind me that the world is bigger than any one task and so are my skills.

If you find yourself feeling like the weight of your work is too heavy, take a step back and reevaluate what needs to be done next. If it’s overwhelming to think about all that has yet to be finished, plan out small tasks for each day or week ahead so there are no more than three things on your list at any given time (e.g., Monday: complete project XYZ; Tuesday: write blog post).

This will help alleviate overwhelm because you’ll only have one thing – not thirty! looming over your head every time you open up your inbox or calendar app. And if you don’t meet these goals? At least you know where life went off track and can make adjustments accordingly as soon as possible.

It’s time to take your next vacation, but you’re not sure when the best time is? The answer will depend on a variety of factors, including what type of work you do and how often you usually take time off. But if there are two weeks in which all three people who cover for your position can be away from their jobs at the same time without conflict, it might be worth checking those dates out as an option.

If someone has asked about something that they want to know more about before making a decision – whether or not this person knows exactly what they want yet or just wants some clarity around different options – give them enough information (e.g., “we offer six different payment

Whenever life gets you down, I want to know what that’s like. Whenever all is lost and found again, I want to feel it. Every time a new wind blows through the trees of my soul, I need for you to be there with me so we can watch them sway together in harmony.” – Charles Bukowski

I’ve seen many people come and go during this journey called life. The day comes when they are leaving while another person enters who needs help just as much or more than anyone else did on their arrival day- whether it was ten years ago or one year ago today .. or even yesterday morning. No matter how long someone has been here before moving onto something better, every human being deserves attention at some point in their life.
