I’m a fan of the John Grisham books. The first two, GoodError and The Client List, are so intense that I was surprised when someone told me they were made into movies.
Yes, The Client is still in production. The second two are on the way, along with two more John Grisham books (The City of Lost Children and the forthcoming The Client List 2). The third book, The Final Word, is also well underway.
John Grisham’s other books include the excellent The Firm, which I am reading now. And yes, I will admit that I’m still in the process of reading The Final Word. I’ve been trying to get through this one for a while so I finally made the decision to get it.
I would describe The Final Word as an incredibly dark story about a man who is both a detective and a killer. In the end, he decides to just kill himself, and it’s a beautiful ending. It is, I think, an excellent read.
I am still trying to finish The Firm. In the mean time, I have read a lot of books by John Grisham and I am currently reading The Firm. I have to say that I’m enjoying it. I think it is one of the best thrillers I’ve read, and I think I’m one of those guys who like being able to go on a bit of a reading binge. I just can’t seem to get enough of it.
You may have read some of Grisham’s books before, but you may not know how good they are. There was a time when I thought all of the best crime fiction I was reading were novels. That was before I read novels and I started writing reviews, which was a really fun experience. It was a good reminder that there are still great writers out there worth reading.
I have a couple of Grisham books in my collection, but I don’t think I have read all of them, so I will be interested to see that I understand the story better. The books are set during the Civil War, and they’re about as dark and gritty as I’ve ever seen them. I can’t say I’ve ever seen a crime drama done really well.
It was great to see a Grisham movie, because it helped me understand how all of his books were really written. I hope I understood the story better than I thought I did. The books are set in the early 20th century, and it is a really good look at what life was like for an African American during that time. I think the movie is going to be awesome. All I can ask is that you make sure to include it in your library.
Grisham is the only writer we would compare that has a story, a plot, and characters that we can relate to. His books are great to read, but I found them a little too dark and scary for my tastes. I’m glad to see movies being made about him.
It would have been interesting to see what happened to grisham after his books were turned into movies, but it looks as though he will continue to live out his life in the shadows.
