I’m sure many of you have been playing Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite since it came out last week and are looking for some help to get started with the game. One way is to utilize a tier list, which ranks all of the characters in terms of their strength relative to each other. This is our top 3 ranked characters in Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite!
Spider-Man: Spider-man is a relatively easy character to learn, making him one of the best characters in Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite for beginners. He has many moves with long range that can keep opponents at bay and he hits hard when attacking up close too! One downside to Spidey’s play style though is his lack of projectiles make him vulnerable from afar.
Captain America: The original Captain America leads this list by virtue of being slower than some other members on our tier list, but don’t think for a second that makes him any less powerful or dangerous. Cap combo ability combined with his shield gives you unparalleled attack options and if they come flying at you? It just means more chances to show off your reflexes.
Deadpool: Deadpool is a tricky character to use and he might be difficult for beginners, but if you’re looking for something different or want the advantage over your opponents in Marvel Vs. Capcom Infinite then there’s no better choice than this Merc with a Mouth! He can heal himself which makes him hard to defeat once they get going, not forgetting his variety of damaging moves that make it tough on anyone facing off against him.
Spider-Man (Miles Morales): This Spiderman has many close ranged abilities including combos that will quickly put an end to whoever is foolish enough to come face to face with him and while some may find it easier trying their luck from afar – Miles’ quick mobility makes up for any shortcomings he might have in that department.
Captain Marvel: This Captain has many close ranged abilities including combos that will quickly put an end to whoever is foolish enough to come face to face with her and while some may find it easier trying their luck from afar – Carol’s quick mobility makes up for any shortcomings she might have in that department.

Dante (Devil May Cry): Dante’s arsenal of moves are powerful, but his true strength comes from his ability to control space by summoning a sword which he can use as both a solid shield or projectile weapon at the player’s discretion, not forgetting other similar weapons like firearms and guns. He also possesses special meter-building techniques called Devil Trigger where he begins glowing red and becomes stronger when used offensively.
Nemesis: Nemesis is not a well-rounded fighter like many of the others on this list, but he makes up for his lack in versatility with devastating damage and great speed. He has two modes that players can access, QCF+Light Punch to enter Revenge which increases all of his stats – or Guard Break mode via DF+Heavy Kick. The former allows him to be more aggressive while the latter is useful when things get too heated as it grants him four different ways to escape from pressure situations.
Mantis (Marvel Comics): Mantis may have one of the most unique fighting styles found in Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite thanks to her ability to manipulate an opponent’s soul by using her psychic powers. Her moves range from projectiles to long-range attacks with a variety of different effects, allowing her to be very unpredictable. Mantis is also the only character in Infinite who has an air dash that allows her to fly across a stage and then execute an attack at any point during its duration.
Dante (Marvel Comics): Dante may not have been around for as long as some other Marvel Vs Capcom characters but he still manages to hold his own on this list thanks largely in part due to his ability to steal or copy another fighter’s signature move if they’re close enough when it comes time for him to use one. That power combined with moves like Rebellion Star – which fires off four blades from Dante’s hand including two homing ones – makes him one of the most formidable foes on this list
Dante (Capcom): There’s not a lot to say about Dante from the Capcom series because he doesn’t have as much video game representation as some of his Marvel counterparts. However, one thing that does make him dangerous is his Trickster style which lets him teleport and attack any time in battle – making it difficult for opponents to retaliate. He also has access to moves like Stinger Dance where he can shoot out an arrow with homing capabilities and Royal Guard Style which renders all frontal attacks unblockable.
Black Widow: Black Widow may be ranked fairly low on this list but she still packs quite a punch thanks largely in part due to her Iron Spiders move which fires off three projectiles at a time. Her alt-mode Widow Bite is also a great move to use when you want to get the upper hand in battle, making her hard for opponents to predict and counter.
Spider-Man: Spider-Man’s web swinging abilities allow him to swing around maps with ease which can help him take out enemies quickly before they have the chance of retaliating or dealing damage back. His level one special attack Web Throw not only has homing capabilities but it shoots three projectiles at once as well – giving Spidey quite an advantage in battles against other fighters who lack ranged attacks like he does.
Wolverine: Wolverine may be ranked fairly low on this list, but his Berserker Barrage ability makes up for that by allowing him to do quite a bit of damage in quick succession.
Doctor Strange: Doctor Strange is an amazing character with the use of his spells, such as Agamotto’s Mirror or Banishment that can deal heavy damage and disrupt opponents while they’re trying to attack you. His level one special Mystic Arts card allows him to trade power for health during battle which makes it easier for him not only survive longer but also take on stronger enemies if necessary.
