The problem is that sometimes we are so busy worrying about whether or not we are falling behind that we fail to see if we are falling behind. When we worry about whether or not we are falling behind, we are not looking at our actions. We are instead focusing on what we are doing instead of what we should be doing. As a result we are letting ourselves fall behind. And the more we are worried about falling behind, the harder it is to change our behavior.
