What is a tier list? A tier list, in the context of fighting games, is a list that ranks all playable characters from best to worst. It’s an important aspect of any competitive game because it allows players to better understand how powerful each character is in relation to one another. There are many criteria for ranking fighters on a tier list such as speed, strength and skill among others.
We have compiled our own Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Tier List below:
1. Sasuke Uchiha
2. Gaara
3. Naruto Uzumaki
4-5 tie between Kakashi Hatake and Madara Uchiha
This list is very subjective and a matter of opinion. Let us know what you think in the comments section below!
The Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series has been phenomenal, with many new additions to the game that have made it even more addictive than before. One of these additions includes the introduction of Shurikenjutsu – an art form which allows players to upgrade their ninjas’ weapons by collecting different shuriken types. Another great addition was Sakura’s Kosen Jiraiya Ninpou (Frog Summoning) technique which can be used as both offense and defense depending on when she uses it! But one thing we always love about this game is how true they stay to Naruto’s source material; for example, when Naruto and Sasuke clashed in the Valley of The End for their final battle, some characters from Boruto: Naruto Next Generations showed up to lend a hand!
This list will detail the top ten most memorable characters who are playable in this game. This is not meant as an insult or anything but I just felt that these were my personal favorites so far – let me know what you think below!
Number One on our list would have to be Itachi Uchiha. Being one of series’ antagonists throughout its entirety, he’s been shown to be both cold-hearted yet somehow sympathetic at times; ask any fan who doesn’t like him why they don’t like him because there’s always plenty of reasons why people don’t like him.
Number Two on our list would have to be Naruto Uzumaki himself. He’s the main protagonist of the series, and for a good reason too: he starts out as an idiotic kid from Konoha Village who is constantly late because of his love for ramen but eventually becomes its Hokage after years worth of training! Along with that, he also has incredible ninjutsu skills thanks to being born in The Hidden Leaf Village – hooray!
Our Number Three choice is Kakashi Hatake, one of many mentors within this game. This individual was introduced early into Naruto’s life before beginning their own journey through The Ninja World at large, which made it all the more surprising when he was revealed as The Sixth Hokage at the end of Naruto Storm Revolution!
Number Four on this list is Sakura Haruno, one of Team Seven’s three most prominent members. Along with her friends and teammates, she grew up together to become a skilled kunoichi in her own right which helped see them through many missions; that being said, it wasn’t until after Shippuden when she became famous by becoming an S-rank detective for Konoha Village!
At Number Five we have Sasuke Uchiha – you know him better as “The Last Member From Team Hebi.” This individual was once among Kakashi’s students before going rogue because he wanted to kill his older brother Itachi (which would be Mangekyou techniques – that’s some ninja power there!
Number Six is Kakashi Hatake. Many people know him better for being Naruto’s sensei and Itachi Uchiha’s former teacher (since they attended the same academy) but it turns out that this guy used to be among Konoha Village’s most formidable ninjas before retiring; now he does more grunt work than anything else apart from teaching new recruits how things are done around here.
At Number Seven we have Hinata Hyuga – she made her debut by attacking Naruto and his friends at the Konoha Gate. This female ninja can use gentle fist techniques – which is a pretty interesting speciality to have, if you ask me!
Number Eight on our list would be Orochimaru. He’s an alleged member of Team Taka but that remains uncertain because he has no loyalty to them whatsoever; it was this guy who taught Sasuke Uchiha how powerful Mangekyou techniques are (not too shabby).
Rank Nine goes to Karin Uzumaki – she seems like such a sweet girl but what her family doesn’t know about her is that this individual trained under Tsunade’s tutelage for three years before she went off on her own as one of Root’s top agents.
Number Ten is none other than Sasuke Uchiha. He’s one of the last remaining members of Team Taka and, just like Orochimaru, seems to have no loyalty towards them whatsoever but in contrast with him this individual left Konoha to train under Orochimaru for so he could gain power that would enable him to avenge his clan! That takes guts – you have to respect it.
The top Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm characters are: number One Jiraiya, Number Two Tsunade Senju (who was also the fifth Hokage), Number Three Kakashi Hatake(the Sixth Hokage) and finally Number Four Itachi Uchiha who had been on our list for a while but was bumped up to the third spot after his return from death.
The Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm characters that made it into this tier are: Number Five Orochimaru, Number Six Sasuke Uchiha (a member of Team Taka and eldest son of Itachi), Number Seven Kimimaro Kaguya (the only person born with both bone-structure techniques) and finally number Eight Madara Uchiha (Nagato’s views were also shared by Obito).
Number Nine Pain Akatsuki Leader, Tenth Kakkō Akatsuki Member and Eleventh Deidara The Explosive Artist! these last three people have really caused some havoc in the ninja world.
Number Twelve Might Guy Sensei and Number Thirteen Jiraiya The Toad Sage! these last two people really know how to keep up a good fight.
Number Fourteen Fugaku Uchiha (Itachi’s father) and Number Fifteen Itachi Uchiha! these last two people are the original founders of Akatsuki.
Number Sixteen Danzo The Puppet Master, Number Seventeen Sasuke Sarutobi and finally number Eighteen Hiruzen Sarutobi (the Sandaime Hokage)! these three ninja have been around for a while now but they still know how to get things done in a hurry.
