It’s that you can’t really hide away from others. This makes it hard to tell if an outfit really “likes you”. But if you can’t get it to like you, then how ’bout you getting it to like someone else. In a game about clothes, you have to keep them hidden, so the best way to do this is to wear it to show your friends you are a good person.
This is also true for your face. If you have a reputation of being a liar, then you should be hiding it. If you dress like you are the type of person who has a bad attitude, you should do the same. In the game, your friends know you are a good person just by looking at you. We are also told that the world is full of liars, and that you are the only person that is right.
