The sinoalice tier list is designed to rank Chinese Overwatch players. The ranking system for this tier list consists of three tiers, high-tier (Tier I), middle-tier(Tier II) and low-tier(Tier II). Tier I includes the top 20% of ranked skilled players in China who are capable of consistently placing within the Top 40 bracket on official tournaments or have played a LAN tournament with international teams. Players that fall below Tier I but still show potential may be promoted to this tier if they maintain consistent performances at events. Tier II includes mainly mid/low level competitive players ranging from 21% – 60%, while Tiers II covers all other Chinese Overwatch player rankings including those who do not play enough matches due to their personal schedule, team or preference.

Tier List for a game called SinoAlice:
* Tier One – Players ranked in the top ten percent of players who have played.

A player with this ranking is always placed against an opponent with similar rank to keep games close and challenging.
* Tier Two – A player that has not yet reached tier one, but may do so soon enough. This tier includes players whose skill levels vary significantly from match to match or who are still learning how to play well at their respective positions on the court. These matches can be difficult due-to large differences in skills between opponents-but they also provide excellent practice opportunities for these players looking to improve themselves even further.
* Tier Three – The final entry level bracket before a player will have to begin playing against opponents that are their true skill level. This tier is for players who show a lack of consistency, don’t follow the rules and refuse to cooperate with teammates during matches.
* Tier Four – Players in this bracket still lose more often than they win but there may be occasional flashes of brilliance when they do manage to pull off an upset victory over some unsuspecting competition.
* Tier Five – A ranking reserved for only the most skilled players on the platform-those who can dominate nearly any opponent without breaking a sweat or taking much effort at all. These top ten percenters never need to worry about being matched up with someone outside their league because no one else even comes close!
*Tier Six: The highest tier in the Sinoalice competitive system.
* Players in this bracket have built up an impressive winning percentage, and are too skilled for most competition to stand a chance against them unless they happen to be matched with one another.

* Tier Seven: A level of skill that’s so far above everyone else’s that it often looks like these players are playing with cheat codes on! These elite gamers will sometimes not even need to break a sweat when defeating their opponents.
*Tier Eight: The highest ranking possible within the Sinoalice competitive system-players at this rank can never lose because no one has ever beaten them before! There is only room for ten people in this bracket-the person who earns ninth place gets bumped back down to Tier Nine.
* Players in this bracket are the true masters of Sinoalice, and they’ll take on any challengers that come their way without breaking a sweat! These players should be considered experts-many competitive matches between experienced gamers will usually boil down to these high level players battling it out until one emerges as victorious.
*Tier Seven: A level of skill so far above everyone else’s that it often looks like these players are playing with cheat codes on! These elite gamers will sometimes not even need to break a sweat when defeating their opponents.
*Tier Eight: The highest ranking possible within the Sinoalice competitive system-players at this rank can never lose because no one has ever beaten them!
*Tier Nine: Players at this rank have never lost a match, but they will only appear in the top ranks if they’ve played enough and beaten experienced players.
*Tier Ten: The lowest ranking possible within the Sinoalice competitive system-players with these ratings are most likely newbies who need to work their way up by beating stronger opponents!
*A ten point difference between two player rankings means that one of them is 100% more skilled than the other one. For example, Tier One does not exist because there can be no higher tier than Eight for a ranked player. If someone was Seven points above another person on the list, then it would mean that individual has 100x more skill.”
