A great book for you to read about the power of mood is The Book of Moods by Elizabeth Gilbert. The book is about how it is a book, and that is that. It is not a how-to book, but more of a description of how a person’s mood changes over the course of the book.
Gilbert has written several books in the mood genre, so I felt that it was worth mentioning. I didn’t have time to read the book, but I definitely recommend it.
Gilbert’s book is a great read for anyone who want to understand what is going on in your own mind, and how it effects you and your life. In the book, Gilbert uses the concept of “moods” to explain that what you think of as “bad” and what you think of as “good” are actually just different combinations of moods that your brain has programmed into it.
I would have to say I have a lot more to say about this book, and the concept of moods more specifically, but I have actually been reading a lot more of Gilbert’s books lately. I had a chance to get a copy of The Book of Moods from Amazon, and I was impressed. Gilbert’s is an excellent read.

I’m not a psychologist, but I can tell you that most mental illness is not caused by a lack of ability to control emotions. So the fact that you can get angry and violent and then lose control and be violent and angry again is not a sign that you have some mental illness. There are several reasons why this is so. Mental illness is a very complex issue, and you can’t simply look at a person’s ability to control emotions and say “yeah, she has a mental illness.
And I really hope you don’t look at it that way, because in general there is such a huge amount of variation between people. In this case, some people are very able to fight off their anger with drugs, and some people are not. And there are some people who can just go out and commit violent crimes and never get so angry again. Which is pretty much the opposite of what we want to say about our own mental illness.
That’s kind of where the book of moods comes in. You’re probably aware that people who are mentally ill have a very different emotional life. We like to think we’re empathetic, but we’re not. We have a very specific set of emotions that make up our mental selves. In the book of moods you learn which of these mental selves you have, and how you can change your own.
I have a lot of trouble putting into words what I feel when I read this. The very first sentence gives me such a strong sense of it. I feel it all the way over to the end, but it’s there. I think that if I had an “I” and a “we” in my life it would be a very different experience.
