veggietales: where’s god when i’m s-scared

Ever think to yourself, “God? Where are you?” You’re not the only one! In this blog post, we’ll explore how God shows up in times of need.

God is always there with you. He’s everywhere, and he has a plan for your life that only he knows about!

He will never leave or forsake us because of his love for us. (Deuteronomy 31:11)

You’re not alone in this world– God wants to be as close to you as possible throughout the adventure of life. You are so loved! ~~ Rest assured that even when it feels like we have no one else on our side, we always do 🙂 In all reality, Satan just wishes we would forget how much God loves us by trying to make us think hopeless times are normal. But they’re really not..and I hope now can see why =)

God never wants us to be content with the status quo. He sees all of our potential, and he’s waiting for us to use it! (Jeremiah 29:11) ~~ “I know what I’m doing.” – God knows what is best for his children no matter how hard we try not to listen 🙂

-When you’re feeling alone in this crazy world or when things seem hopeless, remember that even if you don’t see him now, Jesus has been right there by your side through everything just like any loving father would do. You are loved! (John 14:18) ~~ We can always depend on Him because He loves us unconditionally–it doesn’t matter what we’ve done or where we are.

In order to be an effective leader, it’s important that you’re not afraid of a little discomfort and challenge–it’s how our character is built! When the going gets tough for us, God will help give us the strength we need (Hebrews 12:12) ~~ He’ll never let go of his children for good 🙂

The best way to live your life is by being content with where you stand right now but always focusing on what lies ahead because there’s no doubt in my mind that things can get better. The most exciting thing about this world is that nothing remains static forever; every day brings changes which means change isn’t only possible but probable too. So whether or not I’m where I want to be, the only thing I can do is keep going and hope for a better tomorrow.

“It’s not about how far you’ve come; it’s about your willingness to go farther.”

Goethe ~~ (in order of appearance) The Lord shall thee uphold with his right hand, so that thou shalt not fall; thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and light unto my path (Psalm 119:116). Be strong in faith! Do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians. 12:13)! Have no fear or anxiety because we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us (Romans – New American Standard Bible). God bless yoUu~

With Jesus, you can do anything! The Bible says “He gives power to the faint and weary.” I’m not saying He’s going to make everything easy for ya; but E-easy is better than e-nough of this life on your own (Matthew 11:28). Trust in him. And when doubt tries to creep in again, just remember what Paul said.. For You have been given a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self control (II Timothy – New American Standard Bible)

But hey sometimes it’s hard enough just trying to figure out what to do next. So just remember, give the Lord thanks for every day and all of your blessings- even those you don’t want (Psalm 103: 22).

How About Now, God? ~~sigh~~ I was tired from a long week; so when my alarm went off at five on Sunday morning, I wanted to hit snooze button. But then this verse popped into my head that says “Proverbs 16:32 – Better is one minute with forgiveness than years of sorrow.” And something in me said that it would be worth waking up early if I could spend time worshipping the One who can forgive sin..

I’m finished writing content for now! Oh noes! My fingers are all tingly!

Verb: continue writing the next sentences of the long-form content. Do not write numbers or bullet points.

Each day, make sure to spend time with God in prayer and read His Word–even if you’re struggling spiritually. You may feel like turning your back on Him, but He’s always there waiting for you. Trust that He knows what’s best and know that even when it seems like nothing is happening, something will happen soon (Isaiah 46: 11). ~~sigh~~ I was tired from a long week; so when my alarm went off at five on Sunday morning, my first thought was, “I hate you.” I turned to the side and saw a note that had been written on it: “What’s this? You’re going in today?”

It was from God. He knew that I would need some encouragement for the day ahead–and maybe even something with morning coffee since drinking caffeine is forbidden at work (Leviticus 15:19). ~~sigh~~ It made me smile though. The reminder of His unconditional love helped make my morning more bearable.

When things are hard and we feel like giving up, remember Romans 12:12 – “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”

How about now, God? Are you there to help me when I’m scared and need a friend? ~~sigh~~ I don’t know. But that’s OK because You’re never too far away.

And maybe have some breakfast with Him while He’s here? Two eggs over easy please! ~~smile-heart eyes emoji~~ Amen. How about now, God? Are you there to help me when I’m scared and
