In this book I have read one of my favorite things to read. I have read so many books on the subject of meditation and self-care that it is hard to choose one! I really loved the book “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness.” I have read a few studies that prove how meditation can help us become more aware. The study was done on the general population, but there is scientific research that shows that meditation can help improve our lives and increase our self-awareness.
