when a demon defiles a witch

This post is for all those witches out there who are curious about how to create a demon’s pile. I’m not going to tell you what the ingredients are, because that would ruin part of the fun! You’re on your own 🙂 And it turns out this was just an elaborate prank anyways and everything in here is fake !!

This week we put together some resources for our friends up north with snow days galore ahead of them – tricks for making winter warmer when temperatures dip below zero. But first, let’s talk about the best part of this weekend – SNOW DAYS!!

Here are a few ways to spend your snow day indoors: __ ..write more content as needed.. **TO DO LIST: continue writing long-form blog post; make sure formatting looks right (font size, alignment); paste content into new WordPress page or update existing one.**

This week we put together some resources for our friends up north with snow days galore ahead of them – tricks for making the best snowball, how to create the ultimate “demon’s pile” with lots of snow and much more.

-Create a Demon’s Pile: First you need a nice tall mound of snow – about six feet high or so is ideal but it doesn’t have to be exact!

*TIP FOR WRITERS*: Use bullet points when writing out instructions for readers who want to skim through your posts easier! See an example here for how it might look in WordPress.*

-Then find some sticks from nearby trees (or use branches if there are no stick around) *Need at least two thick ones that will fit well into the snow on either side of the pile.*Make sure they’re long enough to reach the top of your mound*

-Now you need a couple hard, heavy objects to use as “weights” for the sticks. Rocks work great but if there are rocks around, try using something like snowballs or logs instead!

**Remember that these should be heavy enough so it will take two people to lift them and put them up on each side of the pile.**

The most important thing is making sure they’re both in balance – which means having one closer to either side (or more) will cause problems when trying to create your snowball.* If necessary, move some of the snow from below one end until you have equal weight distribution at either end: this way both weights can stand next to each other without any problems.

-Now you need to assemble your snowballs by placing two or three handfuls of snow in the center section, and then cover it with a lot more than that so there’s some height for them to stand up on their own.* The best way is just do this over one end of the pile – but if you balance everything out again like you did before, it should work just as well!

*Once they’re standing tall and proud on top at either side of the mound*, carefully add layers until each snowball reaches about halfway down its sides; try not to make too much pressure from above when adding these because it might cause cracks (or worse). **But don’t worry too much about making sure every layer reaches the bottom of the mound – it’s more important to make sure they’re all neatly stacked together.

*Finally, this time we need 12-14 layers on top*. **The best way is just do this over one end of the pile – but if you balance everything out again like you did before, it should work just as well! * It’ll be a lot taller than your first three piles will have been and there won’t be any gaps in between. You can keep adding new snowballs or even use some ice cubes for extra height; whatever looks good to you!

*When finished*, don’t forget about that small gap at the base that has yet to be filled up with dirt — If not now then when you come back to spruce up the garden.

*And that should be it! Give your demon’s pile a good pat down and enjoy*. **You’ve now created an awesome looking snowman – with some added benefits, of course!

The Ultimate Demon’s Pile (How To) When you’re building a snowman, we all know what comes next: making them arms, adding buttons for eyes and nose holes as well as their mouth. But there are so many other possibilities when it comes to creating these winter monsters- especially if they have a darker side! Whether you want to build one from scratch or use what is provided in nature this year, here are three easy ways on how to create the ultimate demon’s pile.

*Method One: For those who want to create the ultimate demon’s pile- from scratch! * **First, you are going to need a head of some kind (a large rock or a round snowman shape). You can either cover it in ice cubes and water for that frozen look or make sure all of it is evenly covered with snow. Next up, decide on what type of face you would like your little guy to have. This could entail anything from using an old tree branch as arms and making them into horns, building a hat out of sticks and leaves around their head or even adding coal eyes by poking holes into two black pebbles*. Now comes time for body parts- there are a few options for this. You could use a fallen tree to create the spine, make slits up high in your snowman shape and insert sticks into them (to imitate ribs), or place two rocks on their side as feet*. Lastly, add some hair- put spiky branches around his head like devil horns with icicles hanging from it; pile dirt at the base of his body so that he appears to be emerging out of ground; sprinkle twigs and leaves over him until you are satisfied with how he looks*.

*Method Two: For those who want to recreate an old fashioned demon’s pile! * **To start off, you need something round which will act as your “head”. I recommend using a rock or something that is rather flat. **Then you need to find the body part of your choice- just like with Method One, there are many options available and it all depends on what material you have around. You could use fallen trees as legs*, pile up dirt into sloped hills for arms* (or stick one tree in front of another for an arm), bury some logs and create hands from them, etcetera*. *Method Three: If you don’t want to be limited by materials nearby, then I recommend using Styrofoam packing peanuts! The only thing this will require is time since these will not last long outside.* To start off, lay out enough pieces until they span a good distance
