This blog post is about the five best things in the world. I know what you’re thinking: “What? What are they?” Well, hold on tight because this list will blow you away!
1) Sleeping- The one thing that we all need to survive and recharge our bodies and minds.
2) Food- The fuel for your body. Without it, we would die from starvation since our brain can’t function without any calories coming in.
3) Water- This substance keeps us alive by giving us hydration as well as removing toxins from our system with every excretion of urine or bowel movement.
A. There are four more things on this list! You’ll have to continue reading to find out what they are.
B. Now, let’s go over the next one: hugging- Hugs release oxytocin which is a bonding hormone that makes you feel good and gives you a sense of security with the person holding onto you as well as the person receiving it; sleepovers- The perfect way for kids (or adults) to spend time together without being distracted by technology–talk about an awesome pastime! Lastly, there is not telling jokes or making people laugh- Laughing releases endorphins in your brain and helps increase your mood so we can’t forget how great laughter feels!
It will take some time to get used to, but you will find that it is a lot more efficient than the old system.

Lastly, there could be telling jokes or making people laugh– Laughing releases endorphins in your brain and helps increase your mood so we can’t forget how great laughter feels!
It would take some time for me (you)to get use(d)to this new system because I am (you are)a little bit afraid of change. But after a while, like everything else this statement has some benefits.

Laughing will help us to feel better as well release endorphins which is a great way of relieving stress and anxiety.
Smiling can actually change the biochemical balance in our brain because it releases dopamine. Dopamine causes that “feel good” feeling we experience when we are happy about something or someone! Lastly, there could be telling jokes or making people laugh– Laughing releases endorphins in your brain and helps increase your mood so we can’t forget how great laughter feels! Smiles make you happier than anything else on this planet ! It would take some time for me (you)to get use(d)to this newaughter is also an excellent release of endorphins and makes us feel better.
Lastly, change can be a good thing because it will make us want to adapt in order to succeed in the new environment.
This does not mean that all changes are for the best; only those which we have control over. It has been said that nature hates vacuums so when I use this system as my primary means of communication, could become overwhelmed by unnecessary information or miss vital messages? This question is raised in light of recent studies showing how busy our brains already are without having more tasks added on top– but if handled properly there may be benefits. For example, using this system would help me (you)stay up-to-date on conversations.

That is why it is important to not only practice mindfulness but make time for myself each day, so that I can recharge mentally and physically (about an hour a day). What are your thoughts on this idea? Would you do what’s needed to live a healthier lifestyle if given the chance or would you rather take care of yourself by eating healthy food, exercising regularly, sleeping enough hours at night, etc.?
