when god doesn’t make sense

When you find yourself asking “why?” the answer is often found in a deeper understanding of who God really is. In this blog post, we will talk about why faith is so important to our lives and how it impacts our worldview. We will also explore what happens when God doesn’t make sense and how He can be trusted even in the midst of unanswered questions.

Sometimes life just isn’t fair or makes sense no matter how hard you try to wrap your head around it, but as Christians, we have a real reason for hope! Our pain produces perseverance that honors Christ (Romans chapter five). When things don’t make any sense at all, remember that there is mercy from Jesus waiting on us.. always 🙂

When God doesn’t make sense, we must remember that His mercy and love will never end. – Jesus understands our suffering because He too has been through it all.

We don’t have to understand everything about life.. just the one thing: That there is a purpose for this struggle! “The Lord’s mercies are new every morning” (Lamentations chapter three).

I want nothing more than peace in my heart, but sometimes things happen and you can’t control them or even fix them yourself. You’re left with no other option than to trust Him.” Trusting when you cannot see”.

The key isn’t understanding why bad things happen; it’s knowing you are not alone in your struggles.

It is hard to accept that God allowed this pain and sadness into my life, but I have found peace through His promises with me. He will never leave me nor forsake me (Hebrews chapter thirteen). My faith has been renewed as I see the beauty of what He is working out in my life even though there were painful moments leading up to it.” Seeing beyond what meets the eye”. If we focus on everything else besides Jesus, then instead of becoming stronger from our trials – our heart could become hardened by them! So just because something doesn’t make sense, doesn’t mean it’s not worth trusting and following through with.

It is easy to understand why good things happen; we rejoice in them! But the beauty of God’s love shines even brighter when dark times come into our lives.” Seeing beyond what meets the eye”. We may never know how much time or preparation was necessary for Him to bring something wonderful into your life but just because my circumstances don’t make sense, that does nothing to diminish His truthfulness!”Seeing beyond what meets the eye”. The struggles I have faced would be easier if He made more sense – if I understood better exactly WHY these things happened.

For me, this story will always remain a mystery. All I can do is know that God, in His sovereignty and wisdom, will never give you more than what you can handle.

When bad things happen to me – when I don’t understand why they have happened – it’s hard not to feel guilty about everything that has gone wrong. It feels like my problems are a reflection of who I am as a person; but the truth is we all struggle with sin.”Seeing beyond what meets the eye”. Life isn’t always fair or easy and God doesn’t owe us anything! We live by faith because we believe in Him even when our circumstances make no sense at all!

Some days are good, some days aren’t so great but He’s still there for us through it all. I don’t know everything about God in this life because He’s a mystery, but the one thing that will never change is His love for me!

There are many verses to help us when we don’t understand and feel uncertain. We can always turn to Psalm 27:14- “Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart” or John 16:33 – “In my Father’s house there are many mansions”. I am not going through alone!

I pray you have found peace today with these words!

Please bookmark this page so it can continue giving hope over time 🙂 Thank you!!

“we live by faith because we believe in Him even when He doesn’t make sense to us.”

We know that in our lives God is always with us, but there are times when we don’t understand His ways. In those moments it can be hard and discouraging not to trust Him fully (Ecclesiastes 11:13). But I have learned one of the best things about living by faith is that you never lose hope. We live by faith because we believe in Him even though He may not make sense at all sometimes! And as many verses show us, “we wait on him” or “be of good courage”. Those words give me peace and comfort knowing that he will strengthen my heart and allow me to move forward–even if everything isn’t clear yet! ) Thank you!! “we live by faith because we believe in Him even when He doesn’t make sense to us.” We know that in our lives God is always with us, but there are times when we don’t understand His ways.
