when life gives you lemons vine

Everyone has their own way of dealing with life’s lemons. Some people are able to laugh at them, some can’t help but cry, and others just take it as a sign that they need more lemonade! No matter how you deal with your sour moments in life, there is always someone who will be walking right beside you on the journey. In this blog post we talk about 10 different ways to deal with life’s lemons so that you don’t have to face them all by yourself!

Find a way to laugh about it. Sometimes you just have to find the humor in things if you want them not to get you down forever! Try making jokes with your friends, or laughing at life’s lemons moments when they happen so that the sourness becomes diluted over time. You’ll be surprised how much of an impact this can make on how people and events affect us in the long run.

Cry until there are no more tears left inside of you (even though this might take some time). It is okay for our emotions to come pouring out sometimes by letting ourselves cry – especially when we need an outlet after dealing with something difficult or painful in life. If crying isn’t working for you then write those feelings onto paper and let it all out that way.

Stay true to yourself in the face of pressure from others. No one knows you better than you do, so don’t allow other people’s opinions or expectations to dictate who you are as a person. Be confident about who you are and what your worth is without needing validation from anyone else! It can be scary going against the grain sometimes but remember: this world needs more leaders like YOU.

Be grateful for everything in life even when things get tough – no matter how little they might seem at first glance. If we focus on what we have versus focusing on what we lack then our lives will instantly become fuller with gratitude instead of loneliness or discontentment (which only lead us further away from what we want).

Surround yourself with people who love and appreciate you. Friendships are one of the most important relationships in our lives, so it is crucial that these bonds stay strong! If there’s someone in your life who does not make you feel good or happy then distance yourself because a toxic friendship will only lead to pain. It can be hard sometimes but just remember: they’re not worth staying friends with if all they do is bring negativity into your world – no one deserves that kind of treatment!

Focus on self-care as much as possible throughout each day. Put time aside for things like exercising, eating healthy foods, meditating/praying, reading books (especially those by authors like John Green and J.K Rowling), getting creative with hobbies, or just taking some time to focus on your own happiness and well-being!

Keep a positive attitude–these are the lemons but these can also be the best moments in life if you don’t let them get you down. Rubies from coal, right? There’s always something to take away from any situation so it never pays off negative judgments about yourself because there will still be challenges ahead whether they’re good or bad. The choice is yours: either use this as an opportunity for growth or see it as someone trying to keep you down. You choose how things go..

Be grateful for what you do have instead of dwelling on what could’ve been different.

Get some fresh air–this is one of the best ways to reset your mood and make yourself feel less down. Plus, it’s been scientifically proven that being outside can have on a huge impact on how you feel just by providing something different than what you’re used to! Remember: nature heals all wounds..take advantage of this whenever possible!

Eat well–being healthy will always be better for both your physical and mental state so don’t forget about taking care of yourself. A part from eating healthier, try incorporating more fruits into your diet (vitamin C is great at boosting moods) or even doing yoga or meditation as an alternative way to relax. There are many resources online if you want help with these.

Get out of your comfort zone–sometimes you need a little spice in life to feel better. Do something new! Go on an adventure and explore the world around you, or even just try going for a walk outside when it’s not raining. Something as simple as switching up your routine can be enough to set you back into feeling happy again. The key is that this must happen with awareness so don’t take advantage of this too much because chances are if we’re constantly doing things externally, then that will make us depressed more often than before (it becomes our habitual way of living).

-Say no sometimes–if someone asks you to do something where they know how sensitive/negative you have been recently, say “No, thank you” and set up boundaries.

Do what makes you happy–whether it be drinking a cup of tea when we’re feeling down or listening to our favorite song while driving home from work (just don’t do that in public), I think the most important thing is to find out how to make yourself feel better if this happens more often than not. It’s okay to listen for those small moments where we can turn ourselves around because they happen always!

Reach out–if you have a friend who has been going through something similar or even just someone close by, reaching out means so much and will help them know that their feelings are valid too. Sometimes the best way to cope with your pain is knowing that you’re not alone.

Stay positive–this may sound cliche and a little too easy, but it can be so important to focus on the good things in life when dealing with something difficult. It’s okay if bad stuff happens sometimes (and we all know that pain is inevitable), but what matters most are the positivity and uplifting moments of our lives.

Take care of yourself–I always like to keep a journal around for me just in case I need an outlet or somewhere where I can write down my feelings without worrying about anyone else reading them later on. Even though writing doesn’t fix everything, it still feels great knowing that there will be days ahead where maybe this won’t happen again.”

-Find someone you can talk to–sometimes it’s hard for people to open up about what they’re going through, but having a friend that will listen without judgement is invaluable.

-Work on your mental health–don’t let problems get the best of you! Make an appointment with your doctor if needed or try some self help tactics like working out regularly and eating well. Sometimes just taking care of our physical selves can make us feel better mentally.”

“With these tips in mind, hopefully we’ll be able to deal with life’s lemons better than before!”
