when you’ve had enough

If you’re tired of feeling like you can’t do anything right, if someone needs to be blamed for your problems, or if the idea that maybe this is just who you are and there’s no changing it sounds more appealing than actually trying to change. It’s time to get over yourself.

It might seem daunting at first, but trust me when I say that people value a good attitude much more than they appreciate negativity so it doesn’t take long before things start looking up. Put simply: cheerfulness breeds success while anger brings only resentment. Find what works for you–whether its yoga or running or knitting–and stick with it until the endorphins kick in and keep going! You’ll see how fun life becomes when you stop taking things so seriously and everything starts to feel a lot less heavy.

The only way you can get over your hates is by realizing that the hate was actually hurting you more than it does anything else, because in time there will be something new for you to fret about. So take this opportunity now–to push through those old feelings of inadequacy and start feeling like what’s meant for us but no one should have to deal with on their own.”

Number One: The first step is acknowledging why we’re all here – as individuals who are trying our best not just “survive” or endure life but thrive and experience the full extent of all that it has to offer.

Number Two: Second, we should take a moment and reflect on what’s missing in our lives – those things which are making us feel dissatisfied or unfulfilled – and try to figure out ways of filling the holes with positivity so as not to lose sight of who we really are.

Third, if your life is not going according to plan again for whatever reason then you need change something because there is no point dwelling on how much worse off everything could be. You’re never happy when you focus solely on others anyway! Fourth, instead take this opportunity right now–to push through those old feelings of inadequacy and start feeling like what’s meant for us but no one else–to take a risk and do something we’ve always wanted to try.

Fifth, when the going gets tough it can be hard not to fall into old patterns of feeling like it’s all too much but that is never an excuse for giving up on ourselves or others around us who may need our help.

Sixth, you have so many amazing qualities and strengths which are buried deep inside your heart and soul right now because they’re coming from places which don’t feel safe in this moment – look how strong you are! You deserve better than what life has handed you thus far but if there’s anything I know about overcoming adversity then this is definitely one person with some good advice: keep trying no matter what happens next.

Seventh, nobody is a failure and if you are feeling as though it’s too late to turn things around then know that nothing is because the truth about life, in my opinion, is this: we can always change for the better.

Eighth, fear may be telling us not to move forward but we need to take risks – they’re necessary for growth and happiness after all. Whether or not your past has been filled with mistakes doesn’t matter anymore so long as you keep going until there isn’t even any breath left inside of you.

A quote I like from Eleanor Roosevelt says “you must do what seems impossible.” We all have experiences which feel insurmountable at times but really anything can happen when you try hard enough.

Ninth, when you’re in the middle of a difficult time and want to give up hold on tight because this too shall pass and we need to remember that tomorrow is another day with new chances for success. Have faith in yourself no matter what – I can’t stress this enough! If someone tells you that they have it worse than you do then reach out your hand and let them know how much better things will be soon if only they keep going..

Tenth, don’t forget about the good times either; life’s funny like that sometimes so make sure not to overlook any parts just because there are other sides which appear negative or unhappy at first glance. Always find something positive from every experience whether it be a new skill, friend or even just the way you felt about your day.

ELEVENTH, don’t forget to try and see another’s point-of-view sometimes because we all have our own challenges in life which may not be so different from yours when it comes down to it..

Twelfth, remember that complaining is really unattractive and doesn’t change anything for anyone other than yourself. It also makes others around you feel bad as well! Be a role model – do what you want everyone else to do with their lives: work hard every single day no matter how much life throws at us. I think my best advice would be this: always stay positive no matter who tells you otherwise; if someone says something bad about you, ignore it and focus on the positive.

What I Learned from My Hates: *things that have helped me overcome my fears*

*how to be happy despite what is said or done against me*remaining optimistic even in difficult times.

Positive from every experience whether it be a new skill, friend or just the way you felt about your day. Remembering how strong I really am has also been an important part of this journey because when faced with such harsh things as bullying, depression and anxiety-I found they could not get through all those years of training. Be proud of yourself for overcoming these obstacles! You are amazing! Finally one thing I’ve learned over time is to only compare myself to who I was before.

What has helped me the most is repeating affirmations and embracing my inner power. When we are faced with these difficult moments, it’s important that we remember what our true self knows-that no matter how hard things may seem they get better eventually. We must take time for ourselves first in order to be able to give back more effectively. Not every day will be easy but you can do this! It might not happen right away, but perseverance pays off!

Inner Power: To have a lot of courage or confidence; strong willpower against adversity

Perseverance: Doing something even though it is not easy or enjoyable The key to getting over your hates, any kind of hate-including self-hate, is by following these three steps: Be kind and gentle with yourself.
