I remember the first time I got to eat two wieners. It was at a barbecue, and my mom let me have one hot dog with two wieners on it! I thought that this was the greatest thing in the world. And now as an adult, I can’t believe she still lets me have two wieners when we grill out on weekends. But why does your mom let you have more than one? Is there some sort of unspoken law that states “you must only be allowed 1 wiener per hot dog?”

If a mother wants her child stay full for longer periods of time throughout the day, she might choose to give him/her an extra side dish which includes two wieners. The same could be said for why a mother might let her child have an extra hotdog at the ballpark as well – so that they’re not hungry while playing all day.
