This article is a list of the most useful mods for Minecraft. These mods will help you make your game more enjoyable and they’re all worth downloading!

The MCEdit plugin lets you edit the Minecraft world instantly and with a lot of features that would otherwise require coding or command blocks. The JEI mod is my favorite because it provides you with information about what recipes exist in your current inventory at any given time – this can be very helpful if you’re looking for one particular recipe and can’t remember what it is called.

Just Enough Items (JEI) is a mod that adds in new features to the game’s Inventory management system, like recipes for crafting items together or search saving money on shipping costs when purchasing from online stores.* __

Minecraft Mod List: JEI

This article will tell you about one of my favorite mods: JEI! With this mod enabled, players can see all known recipes at any given time by pressing “R” – very helpful if I’m looking for a recipe and don’t know its name. It’s also possible to search for items you’re looking to craft.

In JEI, there are two lists of recipes: the recipe list and search page I mentioned earlier. The recipe list is a single scrolling view that can be sorted by category or alphabetically; this allows players to easily access all their known recipes without having to go through each one individually or guessing what they might have missed in an unorganized menu. It’s also possible with this mod enabled for people who bought an item from online stores like Amazon- Kindle Unlimited etc.-to find out how much money could’ve been saved on shipping if it were purchased locally as opposed to ordering products online so often!

The other great thing about JEI? If you want specific information about any item in the list, you can use it to search for that item.

As mentioned earlier, JEI is a mod built around recipe management and discovery tools. With this mod enabled, players are able to easily find recipes through their different categories or through searching for specific items they want information on. The Recipe List page shows every single known recipe available in-game including those from mods installed manually without being overridden by other mods as well as those not shown elsewhere due to missing crafting guides. This makes finding any helpful tweaks, additions, and overrides in the crafting system easy to find.

Some of JEI’s recipes are also available as books which players can read for information on how they work or what their effects include; these items have a blue book icon next to them. I’ll go into more detail about this with another post focusing solely on the Recipe Book pages!

Not only is there an organized list of all known recipes at your fingertips, but you’re able to search for any item in-game and see what it does through its tooltip description. This includes both vanilla materials such as Gold Ingots (which allows crafting Chainmail Armor) and modded content like Ender Pearl Dust (giving Night Vision when crafted). There’s no need to add every item you find into the crafting system; JEI will help out and do it for you.

The only downside is that, while some items like Iron Ingots also have a tooltip description with information on where they can be found in-game (such as inside dungeons), others are still lacking this important detail. And if I’m being honest, it doesn’t make sense why there isn’t an option to search through all recipes at once instead of having to scroll down one by one until you find what you’re looking for.

Regardless, JEI has been my go-to mod since Minecraft’s release date and continues to be so years later – a must-have for any survival game enthusiast!
