The guitar chords are the backbone of this song and help make it so popular. In this article we will look at some different ways to play these chords on guitar!

The song is in the key of D and can also be played as an open position chord.

This chord shape starts on the sixth string (the thickest) and ends with your first finger pressing down on the third fret. When you are strumming the strings, just make sure to use a light touch so it doesn’t sound too loud or plucky. The third way to play this chord on guitar looks like a variation of those first two but you can feel it more than anything else: .
