I’m not sure what happened with these reviews this time around as they were all five stars before when we first published them. Anyway.. Hopefully it won’t happen again and we will be back to getting our usual four-ish star review average for each post going forward 🙂 Cheers everyone – Nicole @ Brandi

When I went to publish this blog post, all five of our reviews from Brandi’s Round Top NY trip were four stars instead of five! We’re not sure what happened with these reviews but we’ll have to monitor how they hold up over time and be on the lookout for manipulation or something shady going on that would knock them down a few points each review as it was happening before in order to bump us back down below four-ish stars per post again (which seems like a safer bet average). If you experience anything similar, please let us know!

The best advice we’ve found in this case is to always keep an eye on your reviews.

Round Top is a small hamlet in Columbia County, New York. It has the same zip code as Malta and Catskill, but it’s not part of either town. Round Top is situated about eight miles south-southwest from Hudson on Route 23A (the Burtonsville Road), which connects to I84 at Exit 21 near Poughkeepsie, NY. The population was 40 according to the 2010 census; up from 32 recorded by over 200 years ago in 1800.

In 1802, John Bellinger established a stagecoach line connecting Livingston Manor with Albany that passed through what would become known as Roundtop Station – home today to only one business establishment: an antique store. To this day, the hamlet retains its rural character.

Round Top was originally called Roundtop Station and had a post office with that name from 1850 to 1879 before it became known as “Roundtop.” The reason for this change is not precisely clear – although there are many theories behind the decision. One popular story suggests that in order to avoid confusion between an old stagecoach stop at nearby Hudson Heights (also know as Bald Hill) and what would become Round Top station, they renamed their location “round top” so there could be no mistaking which spot travelers were referring to without having them repeat themselves unnecessarily.

How to Write Long Form Content That Converts Better Than Short-Form Content? Setup or Outline First and Then Start Writing with Adequate Length for Each Paragraph There are two ways you can approach writing long form content that converts better than short-form content – setup first then start writing paragraphs of adequate length for each section, or write out your thoughts on paper without worrying about sections before starting them. I recommend doing both approaches at different points in time so they work together when creating an article (or landing page) from scratch. Here’s how it works.

Setup First Approach: * Break the article (or landing page) into sections using headings, subheadings, and bulleted lists. Example of a section is ‘The Benefits of Selling Online’ where you would write about what the benefits are and then list them with bullet points for each one. The heading ‘The Benefits of Selling Online’ should be followed by a paragraph to introduce it to your audience’s attention. This way they will know why this specific topic matters in relation to selling online products or services.*

* Create an outline of how many paragraphs per section you think there will need to be before starting writing out these ideas on paper. Here’s an example – if I want three paragraphs under my introduction that I just wrote, I would write:

– The Benefits of Selling Online (paragraph one)

– Why Sell on the Internet? (paragraph two)

– How to Get Started Selling Your Product or Service Online (paragraph three).*

*The goal is for this blog post to be at least 100 words long. You do not need all of them written by now, but you should have a general idea how many paragraphs are needed per section before starting writing out these ideas on paper.*
